Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare vegetables, eggs, and sauces with meticulous attention to detail and consistency
- Support Chefs de Partie with daily kitchen preparation and station maintenance
- Maintain proper conservation and storage of kitchen products
- Execute cleaning and mise en place tasks with accuracy and timeliness
- Provide operational support to the kitchen brigade as requested
- Adhere to food safety protocols and kitchen hygiene standards
