Skills

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Standard knowledge of main kitchen operating procedures. Familiarity with current basic regulations and primary safety standards. Proficiency in using kitchen machinery and food preservation techniques.

Experience

At least one year of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry within the kitchen area is required.
