Gucci in Seoul seeks a Client Advisor to deliver luxury clienteling, drive sales and maintain visual merchandising in retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, signature client experience from welcome through sale completion by executing Gucci’s selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and articulate Gucci’s heritage and values to inspire client loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM, identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling to increase wallet share.
  • Engage clients in conversations about fashion trends and luxury market insights, adapting approach to diverse client profiles to build rapport and long‑term relationships.
  • Maintain store standards including visual merchandising in accordance with Gucci visual guidelines, inventory control on floor and in stockroom, and adherence to grooming and brand presentation policies.

Experience
