Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute the Gucci selling ceremony from reception to sale closure, consistently achieving individual and store sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional client service underpinned by authoritative knowledge of Gucci’s history, heritage and product range.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue.
  • Engage customers on fashion trends and luxury market insights to inspire purchases and reinforce brand affinity.
  • Adapt service approach to suit diverse clientele, building trust and long-term loyalty through personalised interactions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records: perform qualitative monitoring and regular updates to client data to support retention and prospecting.
  • Implement Gucci visual merchandising guidelines and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are maintained in accordance with company procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci grooming and brand presentation standards at all times.

Experience
