Role & Responsibilities
- Manage sample inventory and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adequate support for both local and overseas operations.
- Assist with the dressing of VIP Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for brand events and handle ad hoc dressing requests.
- Support the organization and execution of events involving media, VIPs, and KOLs.
- Coordinate the packing and delivery of gifts to media and VIP KOLs for birthdays, congratulations, and seasonal occasions.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Conduct research to support public relations planning and competitor monitoring.
- Maintain the press clip archive and scan materials for periodic reports, tracking media coverage and PR metrics.
- Update competitor reporting weekly and send editorial email announcements.
- Compile monthly updates for advertising and editorial tracking, as well as PR clippings reports.
- Handle SAP reporting requests and draft content such as dressing releases.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR metrics tools.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but internships or coursework in communications or marketing are advantageous.
