Gucci in Singapore seeks a Client Development Specialist (one‑year contract) to drive client analytics, CRM and engagement initiatives across South Asia & Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver client‑centric business intelligence by transforming customer behavioural and demographic data into actionable insights using MicroStrategy and other BI tools.
- Design, build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to identify opportunities to increase engagement, spend and loyalty; generate routine reporting for multiple stakeholders.
- Conduct performance analysis (including engagement ROI) to evaluate the effectiveness of client engagement initiatives and guide strategic decisions.
- Plan, validate and execute regional client communications and campaign assets, ensuring local nuances in artwork, product selection and copy are respected.
- Manage client database quality: perform cleansing, client merges and reassignments; maintain processes, tools and documentation to ensure consistent analysis across teams.
- Support pre‑ and post‑event organisation for global, regional and in‑store brand experiences, including order platform management, coordination of gifts/tools and post‑event reporting.
- Maintain and update the client engagement calendar across platforms (e.g., EMT, Wrike, Excel) and oversee procurement, delivery follow‑up, invoicing and payment timelines for engagement tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail or client engagement within a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of CRM principles and luxury client experience management.
- Proven capability in project coordination with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical aptitude and experience interpreting customer and campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.

Experience
At least 2 years' hands‑on experience in luxury retail, client development or CRM analytics, including campaign execution, client communications and coordination of client engagement experiences across multiple channels.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related discipline preferred.
