Gucci Seoul is hiring a Client Data & Campaign Coordinator (1-year contract) to manage CRM data extractions and MMS client outreach campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
- Extract, cleanse and prepare client datasets from CRM systems (e.g., LUCE, Retail 360) to support campaign targeting and reporting.
- Maintain and update client lists (segmentation, exclusions, targeting) and ensure data accuracy and consistency across databases.
- Support planning, setup and execution of MMS and client outreach campaigns (including e-cards), coordinating timelines and retail alignment.
- Execute campaign sends according to defined targeting, monitor delivery status, flag issues, and follow up with retail teams to ensure proper outreach execution.
- Track and report basic campaign and clienteling KPIs (delivery, response, contactability, engagement and conversion where applicable).
- Prepare basic reports and consolidated post-campaign data files for internal stakeholders and support ongoing client engagement operations.
- Ensure adherence to global and local client data, campaign and privacy guidelines in all executions and support cross-functional alignment with internal teams.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in CRM operations, data handling or marketing campaign execution within retail or clienteling environments.
- Proven proficiency with Excel for data extraction, filtering and formatting.
- Familiarity with CRM or clienteling platforms; hands‑on experience with LUCE or Retail 360 is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership of operational tasks and ability to deliver accurately under tight timelines.
- Effective communicator in Korean (required) with basic working proficiency in English.

Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM/data operations or marketing campaign execution, preferably within luxury retail, clienteling or direct marketing teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field preferred; or equivalent practical experience in CRM and campaign operations.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Seoul, Seoul, South Korea.
