Gucci Client Advisor part-time role at Heathrow Terminal 4. Deliver luxury retail experiences, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets in a premium fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by effectively utilizing available data and systems to identify performance trends and sales opportunities
- Execute cross- and upselling techniques to maximize transaction value whilst maintaining authentic client relationships
- Craft engaging and emotionally resonant client experiences, hosting customers in accordance with established hospitality guidelines and welcoming protocols
- Proactively cultivate strong client relationships from the moment of arrival, ensuring clients feel valued and understood throughout their journey
- Demonstrate comprehensive styling knowledge and product expertise, utilizing mix-and-match capabilities to serve individual client needs and preferences
- Develop and nurture both local and international clientele, identifying and recruiting high-value clients for long-term relationship building
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in high-end luxury or fashion retail environments, or equivalent hospitality sector experience
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Established ability to cultivate and develop premium client relationships
- Sound and passionate knowledge of Gucci and the contemporary luxury fashion landscape
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends
