Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and guide clients through every stage of the buying journey, delivering a personalised service that reflects Gucci brand standards.
- Present and merchandise collections in accordance with visual and product presentation guidelines to enhance client experience.
- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and CRM usage to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to team performance and store KPIs.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash and operate POS systems with accuracy and discretion.
- Support store operations including inventory control, receiving merchandise, stock replenishment and housekeeping to maintain store readiness.
- Collaborate with store management on promotional initiatives, omni-channel fulfilment and special client events.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging an international and high-net-worth clientele.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and adherence to brand presentation and service standards.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by store operations.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium brands is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or vocational qualification; formal education in fashion, retail or customer service is an advantage.
