Gucci Client Advisor position in Wuxi, China. Represent the luxury brand, guide customers through their purchase journey, and drive sales with style expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout the purchasing journey and provide personalized style guidance
- Present the Gucci collection according to brand standards and guidelines
- Offer expert recommendations on product characteristics, styles, and current fashion trends
- Embody brand values and maintain professional standards as the visible face of Gucci
- Contribute to achieving sales targets while prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Support store management activities and maintain an organized sales environment
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and the Gucci brand
- Strong understanding of client service excellence
- Ability to build rapport and establish meaningful client relationships
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about fashion trends and product features
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail or luxury client-facing roles is preferred, though entry-level candidates with strong customer service backgrounds will be considered.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or hospitality training is advantageous.
