Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Gucci brand ambassador by achieving sales objectives through deepening client connections and providing best-in-class, elevated service
  • Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, making them feel valued from the first point of contact through best-in-class in-store or remote service
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
  • Build rapport with clients by discovering their needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections, and demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations
  • Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships
  • Leverage in-store technology to ensure every client's experience is smooth, pleasant, and relevant
  • Collect meaningful client information throughout the client journey to understand preferences and customize service delivery
  • Create value for clients by providing insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel
  • Drive individual and collective sales results and maximize selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
  • Provide exceptional client experience through hospitality, elevated selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
  • Use effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner to drive sales and foster a client-centric attitude
  • Select products matched to client needs and benefits, effectively employing cross-selling and upselling techniques

  • Maintain a unified 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective regardless of purchase location, handling exchanges, returns, repairs, and transactions critical to positive client experience
  • Guide and inspire clients to make informed purchasing decisions aligned with their needs
  • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborating effectively and proposing solutions
  • Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to assist in informed purchasing decisions
  • Proactively attend trainings to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Stay informed on fashion trends, competitors, products, campaigns, services, and client segmentation to deliver optimal solutions
  • Combine styling knowledge with the ability to offer products that best serve each client

  • Actively participate in all store operations including stock maintenance and inventory management
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
  • Accurately process all POS transactions and ensure accurate capture of client information

  • Follow company grooming standards at all times in accordance with Gucci policies
  • Ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor in line with corporate policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity
  • Ability to inspire trust and collaboration amongst colleagues
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude

Experience

2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar retail or customer service role, with a proven track record of driving sales and building client relationships.

Education
