Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage and establish strong client relationships, delivering best-in-class service in-store and remotely while making clients feel valued from first contact
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
  • Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections and demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations
  • Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships
  • Leverage in-store technology to ensure each client experience is smooth, pleasant, and relevant
  • Collect meaningful client information throughout the journey to understand preferences and customize service delivery

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with excellent track record
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues

  • Ability to inspire trust and collaboration amongst colleagues
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury

Experience

2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record, preferably in a similar client-facing role or upscale customer service setting. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, drive sales performance, and work effectively in a team environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in luxury retail, fashion merchandising, or related fields is a plus.
