Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships, delivering best-in-class service both in-store and remotely to ensure clients feel valued and at ease from first contact
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections and demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations
- Develop and grow the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure every client experience is smooth, pleasant, and relevant
- Collect and utilize meaningful client information throughout the customer journey to customize service delivery and personalization
- Create added value through insights on local lifestyle trends, including theater, arts, and travel to enrich the client experience
- Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing in-store and remote selling opportunities
- Provide exceptional client experiences focused on hospitality and elevation through refined selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals

- Proactively attend training sessions to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Stay current on fashion trends, competitor landscape, and client segmentation to deliver best-in-class solutions

Qualifications
- 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
- Demonstrated capability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and ability to inspire trust and collaboration
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-focused attitude
- Ability to adapt to diverse clients and navigate complex situations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
Skills
Experience
2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar client-facing or customer service role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and cultivating client loyalty.
