Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Gucci brand ambassador while achieving individual and store sales objectives by fostering deep client connections and delivering elevated, personalized service experiences both in-store and remotely
  • Proactively engage and establish rapport with clients from their first point of contact, ensuring they feel valued and at ease through best-in-class hospitality and attentive service delivery
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating lasting relationships that drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty
  • Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships through strategic outreach and engagement

  • Attend product training sessions and stay current on fashion trends, competitors' offerings, and client segmentation to deliver sophisticated recommendations
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of and passion for the Gucci brand, embodying its philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm and authenticity
  • Actively participate in all store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, visual merchandising, and general store administration
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures with particular emphasis on loss prevention, accurate POS transactions, and proper client data capture
  • Maintain Gucci visual merchandising standards and contribute to the compelling presentation of all products on the sales floor
  • Follow Gucci grooming standards and personal presentation guidelines at all times
  • Ensure optimal stock levels on the sales floor in accordance with corporate policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record of results
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales targets while building lasting professional relationships with clients and colleagues
  • High degree of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and demonstrated ability to inspire trust and foster collaboration among team members
  • Flexibility to work a full retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion and the luxury sector
  • Excellent commercial awareness and a naturally client-centric orientation
  • Strong adaptability to work effectively in fast-moving, dynamic environments and handle complex client situations with grace
