Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Villahermosa, Mexico—deliver luxury service, drive sales, and cultivate client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service by greeting, listening to and advising clients across product categories while embodying Gucci’s heritage and selling ceremony.
- Identify client needs and opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling to maximise average transaction value and client lifetime value.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring clients feel at ease and valued.
- Accurately capture and update customer information in the company CRM to support retention and the identification of high‑potential prospects.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and follow‑up.
- Support visual merchandising and product presentation in line with Gucci visual standards.
- Manage merchandise replenishment and participate in physical inventory procedures.
- Collaborate openly with colleagues, propose constructive solutions and contribute to a high‑performing store team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or premium brands.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable passion for fashion and an awareness of luxury market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable with face‑to‑face selling across diverse client profiles.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken).
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or premium fashion sales is required, with demonstrable success in direct client engagement and achieving sales objectives.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) required; tertiary education in fashion, business or related fields preferred.
