Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-level, dedicated consultation and optimal customer care, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
- Offer insights and advice on general fashion trends and developments within the luxury market.
- Cultivate and maintain loyal customer relationships, focusing on service-oriented engagement.
- Utilize company tools (CRM) to capture meaningful customer data, fostering relationships and personalizing future customer development opportunities.
- Ensure the optimal presentation of the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in high-end retail; experience in fashion/luxury is advantageous.
- Strong enthusiasm for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent customer and service orientation.
- Demonstrated sales orientation with the ability to successfully close sales conversations.
- Enjoy working in an international and familial team environment.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury segment and its associated products.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Affinity for a digital environment.
