Gucci Client Advisor position in Veracruz, Mexico. Deliver luxury retail service, drive sales, and embody brand heritage.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients with extensive product knowledge and heritage of Gucci's selling ceremony
  • Advise customers on current fashion trends and luxury market developments while demonstrating genuine passion for fashion and premium products
  • Build and strengthen customer relationships while addressing diverse nationalities and personalities with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems to support retention and identify high-potential clientele
  • Execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies across all product categories to maximize transaction value
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to overall business development and growth
  • Collaborate with team members through open communication and propose effective solutions to operational challenges
  • Maintain visual displays and product presentation in accordance with Gucci brand standards and guidelines
  • Manage product replenishment and conduct physical inventory counts to ensure merchandise availability
