Gucci Client Advisor position in Vancouver, BC. Drive luxury sales and build client relationships in this retail role starting at $19 CAD/hour.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships and deliver best-in-class service across in-store and remote touchpoints
  • Develop personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships and enhance brand loyalty while driving repeat business
  • Build client rapport by discovering needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections, and exceeding expectations
  • Develop the client base through recruitment of new clients and cultivation of existing relationships
  • Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
  • Collect and utilize meaningful client information to customize service and understand preferences
  • Drive individual and collective sales results while maximizing selling opportunities in-store and remotely
  • Provide exceptional client experience through effective selling techniques, luxury gestures, and product rituals
  • Apply cross-selling and upselling techniques while selecting products matched to client needs and benefits
  • Maintain expert product knowledge and engagement through storytelling, styling advice, and fashion trend awareness
  • Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventories, and visual displays in accordance with Gucci standards
  • Accurately process POS transactions and ensure precise capture of client information
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures with focus on loss prevention and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
  • Demonstrated capability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury
  • Excellent commercial awareness and client-centric attitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid work authorization to work in Canada
