Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary, personalised client experiences in‑store and remotely, cultivating long‑term relationships and brand loyalty through attentive clienteling and storytelling.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by actively prospecting, recruiting new clients and maximising cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Promote and manage virtual appointments and distance sales, leveraging in‑store technology and CRM tools to create seamless omni‑channel client journeys.
• Provide expert product and styling advice, maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of collections, trends and competitor activity to guide client purchase decisions.
• Ensure operational excellence: accurately process POS transactions, maintain stock levels and visual standards, participate in inventories and follow loss‑prevention procedures.
• Contribute constructively to team communication and store initiatives, collaborating to propose solutions and support collective results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of luxury fashion sales experience with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proven ability to build and sustain high‑value client relationships and deliver exceptional hospitality.
• High ethical standards, professionalism and the capacity to inspire trust among clients and colleagues.
• Availability and flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt approach across diverse client profiles and complex situations.

Skills

Experience

At least 2+ years of frontline luxury retail or high‑end customer service experience with a strong sales record and familiarity with clienteling practices and omni‑channel selling.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary studies in fashion, retail or business are advantageous but not mandatory.

The base compensation for this position is CAD 19 per hour.
