Gucci Client Advisor (4-month contract) in Vancouver — deliver exceptional luxury clienteling and drive sales at Holt Renfrew.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized, best-in-class client experience in-store and remotely, cultivating long-term relationships and brand loyalty.
- Proactively engage, recruit and develop a client base through thoughtful clienteling, virtual appointments and distance-selling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product storytelling, upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Use in-store technology and POS systems to capture accurate client data and ensure a seamless transaction experience.
- Provide honest styling advice and product recommendations grounded in in-depth knowledge of Gucci collections and trends.
- Contribute to store operations including stock maintenance, inventory processes and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards to present product assortments according to corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate openly with colleagues to share insights, propose solutions and ensure a consistent One-Gucci-Client experience across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion or high-end retail sales experience with a demonstrable track record of results.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships and to drive repeat business.
- High degree of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct; able to inspire trust and teamwork.
- Flexible availability to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and commercial awareness; strong client-centric mindset.
- Authorized to work in Canada.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of experience in luxury fashion retail or a comparable client-facing environment, demonstrating consistent sales performance and proficiency in clienteling and remote selling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in fashion, retail or marketing preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CAD 19 per hour.
