Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients from first contact, establishing strong relationships and ensuring they feel valued and at ease through exceptional in-store or remote service
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations
- Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
- Collect meaningful client information throughout the journey to understand preferences and customize service delivery
- Drive individual and collective sales results whilst maximizing selling opportunities across all channels
- Provide exceptional hospitality focused on elevation through selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
