Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships, ensuring a valued and welcoming experience from first contact through both in-store and remote channels
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric service experiences that foster lasting relationships, encourage repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
  • Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships through discovery of needs and aspirations
  • Leverage in-store technology and client data collection to customize service and ensure smooth, relevant experiences
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities, employing effective sales techniques, and executing cross-selling and upselling strategies
  • Provide expert styling advice and product storytelling grounded in comprehensive knowledge of Gucci's collections and luxury market trends
  • Maintain consistent brand representation through adherence to visual merchandising standards, grooming requirements, and Gucci's brand philosophy
  • Execute store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, POS transactions, and visual display standards
  • Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance selling initiatives to expand revenue opportunities
  • Foster collaborative communication with team members, offering constructive solutions and ensuring unified client experiences across all touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding individual and collective sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism
  • Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion, luxury goods, and contemporary design
  • Excellent commercial awareness and a client-centric mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work a full retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
  • Valid work authorization to work in Canada

Experience
