Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage clients and establish strong relationships, ensuring a valued and welcoming experience from first contact through both in-store and remote channels
- Deliver personalized, client-centric service experiences that foster lasting relationships, encourage repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
- Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships through discovery of needs and aspirations
- Leverage in-store technology and client data collection to customize service and ensure smooth, relevant experiences
- Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities, employing effective sales techniques, and executing cross-selling and upselling strategies
- Provide expert styling advice and product storytelling grounded in comprehensive knowledge of Gucci's collections and luxury market trends
- Maintain consistent brand representation through adherence to visual merchandising standards, grooming requirements, and Gucci's brand philosophy
- Execute store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, POS transactions, and visual display standards
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance selling initiatives to expand revenue opportunities
- Foster collaborative communication with team members, offering constructive solutions and ensuring unified client experiences across all touchpoints
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding individual and collective sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and professionalism
- Deep knowledge of and genuine passion for fashion, luxury goods, and contemporary design
- Excellent commercial awareness and a client-centric mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work a full retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
- Valid work authorization to work in Canada
Skills
Experience
2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience in a similar client-facing role or high-end customer service setting, with a demonstrated track record of driving sales performance and building strong client and colleague relationships.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is CAD 19 per hour.
