Gucci Client Advisor position in Taipei, Taiwan – luxury retail sales and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide premium customer service aligned with Gucci's sales process and brand standards, delivering an exceptional experience that exceeds client expectations
- Greet clients, listen actively to their needs, and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all product categories to differentiate service quality
- Execute cross-category marketing initiatives and upsell opportunities to maximize transaction value and customer satisfaction
- Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, providing expert guidance while demonstrating genuine passion for luxury goods
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse backgrounds and personalities, ensuring clients feel confident and valued
- Manage in-store inventory, process transactions, handle post-sale service inquiries, and maintain client relationship records
- Complete store reporting requirements and administrative tasks to support retail operations

Skills
Experience
