Gucci Client Advisor position in Taipei, Taiwan: deliver luxury retail excellence and build lasting client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service aligned with Gucci's sales process and brand standards
- Engage clients through attentive listening, proactive consultation, and comprehensive product knowledge to create a distinctive luxury experience
- Execute cross-category merchandising and upselling strategies across the full product range
- Provide informed perspective on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating genuine passion for fashion and luxury goods
- Build and maintain enduring client relationships across diverse nationalities and personalities, instilling confidence and trust
- Maintain accurate, complete, and current client data using company-provided tools to support client retention and identification of high-potential prospects
- Achieve personal and boutique sales targets while driving store operational excellence and performance
- Communicate openly and constructively with the team, maintaining collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and brand values
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Customer-centric approach with service excellence orientation
- Strong sales acumen and ability to identify upselling opportunities
Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience in luxury fashion or high-end retail environment preferred; demonstrated success in building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, business, or hospitality is a plus.
