Gucci Client Advisor position in Taipei; luxury retail sales, client relations, and boutique management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci sales protocols and provide consultative service that exceeds client expectations through product knowledge and attentive engagement
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships across diverse profiles and nationalities, ensuring client data accuracy and currency within company systems
- Drive cross-category merchandising and upselling opportunities while demonstrating passion for fashion trends and the luxury market
- Contribute to team objectives and store performance targets through collaborative communication and constructive problem-solving
- Maintain store aesthetics, merchandise presentation, and brand image standards according to Gucci visual merchandising guidelines
- Execute accurate and secure inventory management procedures, ensuring product integrity and proper stock control
- Represent the brand with professionalism, adhering to Gucci grooming and dress code standards at all times
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and deep understanding of Gucci's brand heritage and contemporary positioning
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage clients across cultural backgrounds
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese; English proficiency highly valued
- Retail or luxury hospitality experience with proven sales achievement
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in both client management and store operations
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, boutique operations, or high-end client services is essential. Demonstrated success in driving sales targets and building lasting client relationships within an upscale environment is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further education in fashion, hospitality, or business management is advantageous but not required.
