Gucci is seeking full-time and casual Client Advisors for its Sydney Airport boutique. The full-time role is 38 hours per week across five days with flexible rostering; the casual role requires strong availability and flexibility across the week, including evening shifts from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional Gucci experience to a diverse range of clients travelling through Sydney Airport.
- Understand each client’s needs and provide thoughtful, personalised product recommendations in every interaction.
- Drive individual and team performance against key KPIs, including sales, average ticket, NPS and conversion.
- Demonstrate agility and confidence in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and selling skills through Gucci’s training programs.
- Collaborate with the wider boutique team to support stock management and operational activities.
