Gucci Client Advisor, Sydney Westfield Flagship – Deliver luxury retail experiences, achieve sales targets, and build client relationships in a full-time seasonal position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, client outreach, average ticket, NPS, and conversion rates
- Engage with clients and build enduring relationships using clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty and repeat engagement
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training modules delivered in person and through the Gucci Retail Training portal
- Support back-of-house operations including cycle counts and stock take processes as required for departmental activities
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Natural brand ambassador capable of embodying Gucci's values through service and relationship building
- Confident communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in luxury retail or premium customer-focused environments highly regarded
