Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Sydney — full‑time role delivering luxury clienteling, exceeding sales KPIs and maintaining Gucci service standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve commercial sales targets and KPIs, including clienteling metrics, SPT, UPT, AUR, cross-selling and conversion rates as defined by store management.
- Generate, grow and maintain a personal clientele through proactive outreach, personalised service and timely after‑sales follow-up.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service in line with Gucci Service Standards, anticipating client needs and recommending relevant product solutions.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and the Instore Visual Merchandising Ambassador to ensure displays conform to Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge by completing required trainings and participating in ongoing development activities.
- Support back‑of‑house operations: cashiering, administrative duties, receiving and unpacking stock, cycle counts, category scans, inventory control and replenishment.
- Comply with Workplace Health and Safety policies, report incidents/hazards, and follow the Safety Management System.
- Use company devices and platforms (iPhone/iPad, Workplace, Workday, LUCE, Retail Training Portal) effectively and adhere to in‑store SOPs and Kering/Gucci policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a client‑facing sales role, ideally in high‑volume retail or a luxury environment.
- Customer service‑oriented with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and targets.
- Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail setting with strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
- High attention to detail, professional work ethic and reliable team collaboration.
- Proficiency using common office and retail software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to adopt company platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience
Previous client‑facing sales experience in a similar role is required, preferably obtained in high‑volume retail or within the luxury sector; experience delivering measurable sales results and building a repeat clientele is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, commerce or luxury brand programmes preferred.
