Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalised, client-centric sales experience that represents the Gucci brand and adheres to Gucci Service Standards.
  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative store and individual KPIs, including clienteling metrics, SPT, UPT, AUR, cross-selling and conversion targets.
  • Proactively build, maintain and grow a clientele through regular engagement, follow-ups and after-sales service.
  • Support in-store visual merchandising by collaborating with the VM team to maintain displays aligned to Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
  • Perform back-of-house tasks including cashiering, administrative duties, receiving/packing stock, replenishing displays and conducting cycle counts to preserve inventory integrity.
  • Complete required trainings and development activities, remaining up to date on product knowledge, best sellers and new arrivals.
  • Use company-provided hardware and platforms (iPhone, iPad, Workday, Workplace, Retail Training Portal, LUCE) effectively and comply with all SOPs and Kering/Gucci policies.
  • Report incidents, hazards and near misses in accordance with Workplace Health & Safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or service experience in a high-volume environment; experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable client service orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and targets.
  • Strong time-management, prioritisation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Professional work ethic and the ability to perform reliably within a team-oriented, fast-paced store.
  • Proficiency with digital devices and common business software (iPhone/iPad usage; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience
