Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets and client outreach metrics.
  • Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and cultivate brand loyalty.
  • Participate in product knowledge and sales training sessions.
  • Support the back of house team with inventory management and stock processes.

Qualifications

  • Full availability from Monday to Sunday.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to work collaboratively to achieve store targets. Energetic and positive attitude.
