Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets and client outreach metrics.
- Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and cultivate brand loyalty.
- Participate in product knowledge and sales training sessions.
- Support the back of house team with inventory management and stock processes.
Qualifications
- Full availability from Monday to Sunday.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
