Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass individual and store sales targets to drive business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations with comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to Gucci's selling ceremony.
  • Meet individual KPI goals by maintaining high customer service standards and quality sales.
  • Collect and utilize customer data for relationship building and personalized client development.
  • Maintain an organized client book for regular client contact and follow-up.
  • Provide fashion and luxury market insights to clients, demonstrating passion for the industry.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, exceptional client experience and positive work environment.
  • Uphold security standards to protect customers, staff, and merchandise.
  • Ensure visual display standards are met according to Gucci guidelines.
  • Maintain organized stock and understock areas.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to diverse customer needs.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.

Education
