Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and authentic warmth
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building
- Assist clients with gift wrapping and packaging services
- Support in-store operations including stock replenishment, merchandise arrangement, and visual presentation
- Perform general warehouse and inventory management tasks to ensure product availability and display standards
