Gucci Client Advisor role in Singapore – 6-month contract position offering luxury retail experience in client service and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow the clientele base through active engagement, regular communication, and exceptional client service
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, instilling the Gucci brand vision to foster consumer brand loyalty
- Achieve monthly sales objectives proactively and independently
- Follow up on client enquiries, requests, and after-sales services with initiative and responsiveness
- Deliver exceptional service standards, suggestions, and alternatives while anticipating future client needs
- Develop deep product knowledge of best sellers, new arrivals, and all category information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs remain the top priority
- Work with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain and upkeep displays aligned with global visual guidelines
- Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures
- Assist with cashiering and daily closing settlement
- Receive, unpack, and manage stock in assigned categories
- Conduct inventory scans, assist with stock maintenance and cycle counts
- Replenish display merchandise as required
- Execute all other duties assigned by the Store Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within retail or service industry, preferably with proven track record in luxury fashion
- Strong customer service orientation and sales-driven mindset
- Independent thinker with excellent decision-making skills
- Inquisitive and engaging personality
- Passion for career development within the luxury fashion industry

Minimum 2–3 years of retail or service industry experience, preferably in luxury fashion, demonstrating a track record of client-focused sales achievement.
