Gucci Client Advisor position in Singapore: luxury retail sales role requiring 2–3 years experience. Deliver exceptional client service, drive sales, and embody brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow the clientele base through active engagement, regular communication, and proactive client relationship management
- Achieve monthly sales objectives and drive revenue growth
- Execute Brand Ambassador responsibilities by embodying brand vision and fostering consumer brand loyalty
- Provide exceptional service standards, suggestions, and alternatives while anticipating client future needs
- Follow up on client enquiries, requests, and after-sales services proactively and independently
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain and upkeep store displays in alignment with global visual guidelines
- Conduct category scans and assist with stock maintenance, cycle counts, and inventory replenishment
- Adhere to all in-store standard operating procedures
- Assist with cashiering, daily closing settlement, stock receiving, and packing in assigned categories
- Execute all additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity within retail or service industry
- Proven track record in luxury fashion retail
- Strong customer service orientation with a sales-driven mindset
- Independent individual with strong decision-making capabilities
- Inquisitive mindset with excellent ability to engage clients
- Passion for building a career in the luxury fashion industry
