Gucci Client Advisor position in Shenzhen - represent the brand, guide luxury shoppers, and achieve sales targets in this premium retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients throughout the purchasing journey, from initial inquiry to post-sale support
- Present the seasonal collection and product range using established Gucci brand standards and presentation protocols
- Provide detailed guidance on product characteristics, materials, craftsmanship, and styling recommendations
- Embody brand values and company culture in all customer interactions, serving as the primary brand ambassador
- Contribute to achievement of individual and team sales targets while maintaining premium service standards
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and current collections
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
Qualifications
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and deep appreciation for the Gucci brand aesthetic
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele
- Sales acumen with proven ability to close transactions and exceed targets

Skills
Experience
Retail or customer-facing sales experience in a luxury goods environment, preferably within fashion or accessories retail. Familiarity with high-touch clienteling and premium service delivery models is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in fashion, merchandising, or luxury retail operations is desirable but not required.
