Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand in-store and build enduring client relationships through personalised advisory and follow-up.
- Guide clients through the entire buying journey: collection discovery, product selection, fitting and post-sale support including returns or exchanges.
- Present and explain product features, materials and styling recommendations in accordance with Gucci visual and service standards.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and upselling.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and adherence to company policies, safeguarding brand image at all times.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong interest in fashion, product knowledge and current trends within luxury apparel and accessories.
- Demonstrable sales ability and a results-driven approach to meet revenue targets.
- Professional appearance and the ability to represent brand values consistently.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred, ideally within luxury fashion or premium retail environments. Experience in clienteling, meeting sales targets and delivering high standards of customer service is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
