Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul, South Korea. Guide customers through luxury retail experiences and drive sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide customers through all stages of the buying journey and provide comprehensive product knowledge on styles, characteristics and trends
- Present Gucci's collection according to established brand standards and visual guidelines
- Achieve assigned sales targets whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Represent the brand values and serve as an ambassador for the house to clientele
- Support store management activities and contribute to an optimized retail environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales or customer service experience in a luxury environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of luxury brand standards and client expectations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is preferred. Knowledge of Gucci's products and brand heritage is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) or higher. Product certification or luxury retail training programs are valued.
