Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul; represent the brand and guide customers through their shopping journey in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout the buying journey and provide tailored styling recommendations
- Present the Gucci collection in accordance with brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Communicate product characteristics, trends, and collection stories to enhance client engagement
- Uphold company values and brand identity as the visible face of the organisation
- Contribute to achievement of individual and store sales targets
- Support store management activities and omni-channel operations
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Strong understanding of luxury brand values and client service standards
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages preferred
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or similar premium retail environment.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail certifications or luxury brand training a plus.
