Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul, Korea — Guide customers through the buying journey and represent the luxury brand in retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the complete buying journey and product discovery process
- Present the collection and product ranges according to Gucci brand standards and visual guidelines
- Provide expert advice on styles, product characteristics, fabrics, and seasonal trends
- Support store management activities and operational requirements
- Contribute to achieving assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Represent the brand values and maintain professional brand standards at all times
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales or client advisory experience
- Strong knowledge of luxury fashion products and market trends

Skills
Experience
