Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul – represent the luxury brand, guide customers, and achieve sales targets in retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide customers at every stage of the buying journey and provide expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and seasonal trends
- Present the collection using Gucci brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Embody and communicate company values through interactions with clients and colleagues
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and performance metrics
- Enhance customer satisfaction through attentive, consultative service and product knowledge
