Role & Responsibilities
- Represents the Gucci brand to clients and guides them through every stage of the purchasing journey
- Presents the collection using brand standards and provides expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and current trends
- Advises customers on product features and assists in their buying decisions to enhance customer satisfaction
- Contributes to achieving set sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service
- Embodies company values and serves as the visible face of the brand in all client interactions
