Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul – guide luxury clients through curated collections with expert styling and service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with clients at every stage of the buying journey, providing expert styling guidance and product consultation
- Present Gucci collections with precision and brand authenticity, adhering to visual merchandising and sales standards
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of product attributes, collections, design narratives, and seasonal trends
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store-level sales targets through consultative selling
- Embody brand values and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and client service excellence
- Support store management operations and contribute to a cohesive omni-channel retail environment
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and demonstrated understanding of the Gucci brand aesthetic
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build meaningful client relationships
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented retail environment
Skills
Experience
Prior retail or luxury customer service experience is preferred, though talent and brand alignment are equally valued.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in luxury retail, fashion, or customer service is advantageous.
