Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul. Guide luxury fashion clients through their buying journey and represent the brand with excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the complete buying journey with knowledgeable product consultation
- Present the collection and communicate product characteristics, trends, and brand narratives according to Gucci standards
- Advise customers on style selections and product suitability to enhance their purchasing experience
- Embody and uphold company values as the visible face of the brand
- Contribute to the achievement of set sales targets through client engagement and consultative selling
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction and foster brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and Gucci brand heritage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage clients with authenticity and professionalism

Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience in a luxury fashion environment preferred; demonstrated ability to guide customers through complex purchasing decisions.
Education
