Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul – guide customers through their luxury fashion journey and represent the brand with excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide customers at every stage of the buying journey with personalized product expertise
- Present the Gucci collection using brand standards and company protocols
- Advise customers on styles, product characteristics, trends, and brand heritage
- Contribute to achieving established sales targets through consultative selling
- Embody company values and serve as the visible face of the brand in all customer interactions
- Maintain product knowledge across seasonal collections and new launches
- Support store operations and visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and the Gucci brand
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales ability with a consultative approach

Skills
Experience
