Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul - luxury retail sales role guiding customers through the buying journey.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers at every stage of the buying journey, ensuring a sophisticated and personalized experience
- Present Gucci collections in alignment with brand standards and creative direction
- Provide product expertise on styles, characteristics, and seasonal trends
- Contribute to achievement of sales targets and revenue goals
- Embody and communicate company values and brand ethos to clients
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Support store management activities and operational requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or luxury client-facing roles
- Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate brand narratives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales results while maintaining service excellence

Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end client services is preferred.
