Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul, South Korea. Guide customers through luxury fashion purchases and represent the brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide clients through all stages of the buying journey with knowledgeable product expertise
- Present the Gucci collection using established brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Advise customers on product characteristics, style recommendations, and seasonal trends
- Represent and embody Gucci's brand values and service standards
- Contribute to achievement of store sales targets and individual performance objectives
- Support store operations and management as required
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction and brand experience
