Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul – represent the brand, guide customers through their purchasing journey, and achieve sales targets in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide clients through all stages of the buying journey with personalized service
- Present the Gucci collection in accordance with brand standards and aesthetic principles
- Provide expert consultation on styles, product characteristics, and current fashion trends
- Support store management activities and visual merchandising initiatives
- Achieve assigned sales targets whilst maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Embody and communicate brand values through professional conduct and appearance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or client-facing sales environment
- Strong understanding of fashion, design aesthetics, and luxury brand positioning
- Ability to build rapport and guide customers through consultative selling
- Fluency in multiple languages preferred
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, brand sales, or high-end customer service is required. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional qualification in fashion, merchandising, or retail management is advantageous.
