Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul—guide luxury clients through their purchasing journey with expert product knowledge and impeccable brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide clients through all stages of the buying journey, offering personalized consultative support and product knowledge
- Present Gucci's collection in accordance with brand standards and aesthetic guidelines
- Advise customers on styles, product characteristics, materials, and relevant seasonal trends
- Achieve individual and store sales targets whilst maintaining exceptional service standards
- Embody Gucci brand values and corporate culture in all customer interactions
- Support store management activities and contribute to overall operational excellence
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury retail sales and customer engagement
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and luxury market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in presenting and merchandising luxury goods
- Commitment to achieving sales objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail sales or a comparable customer-facing role within the high-end sector is preferred. Familiarity with omni-channel retail operations and contemporary selling techniques is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required. Further education or training in luxury retail, fashion, or business administration is valued.
