Gucci Client Advisor in Seoul – luxury retail sales position. Represent the brand and guide customers through their purchase journey in a full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide customers through all stages of the buying journey with personalized service
- Present collections and products in accordance with Gucci brand standards and guidelines
- Provide expert product knowledge, including styling advice, material characteristics, and current trend insights
- Represent brand values and maintain professional standards as the visible face of Gucci
- Contribute to achievement of sales targets and store performance metrics
- Enhance customer satisfaction through attentive and consultative service delivery
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail sales or customer service experience
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer expectations
- Ability to communicate product features and benefits persuasively
- Professional presentation and interpersonal skills

Experience
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is required, preferably in the luxury goods sector.
Education
