Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul—guide luxury customers through their purchasing journey and represent the brand with excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to clients and serve as the visible face of Gucci
- Guide customers through all stages of the purchasing journey
- Present collections using established brand standards and guidelines
- Provide expert advice on product styles, characteristics, and seasonal trends
- Contribute to achieving assigned sales targets
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction through attentive service
- Support store management activities and omni-channel operations
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales or customer service experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of luxury fashion and product positioning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Understanding of brand values and luxury service standards
Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, or a comparable customer-facing role in the premium segment is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further qualifications in retail, fashion merchandising, or luxury brand management are advantageous.
